Instructions are provided verbally and as a one-page visual checklist. Learners can demonstrate facilitation live or submit a recorded micro-teach. The facilitator explains key vocabulary before the simulation starts. The practice includes a challenge ladder so advanced trainers can add complexity. Learners can annotate a transcript to show where they would intervene.
