Treat AI Output as a Risk Object
Identify the risks that must be governed before AI advice changes logistics work.
A model recommendation is a control point. Treat it like one. In logistics, AI outputs often decide attention: which load gets watched, which carrier gets called, which document gets reviewed, which order gets promised. That makes the output a risk object. Context Name the workflow, user, freight class, and decision timing. A late-risk score used by a control tower is different from the same score shown in a monthly analytics review.
