Treat Coverage Ratio as a Service-Level Promise

Interpret coverage ratio as a capacity signal that shapes service quality and quota realism.

Coverage ratio is a promise about service quality disguised as a staffing number. Hook The VP asks, "Why are renewals slipping in the mid-market book when we added two reps last quarter?" The count sounds healthier. The coverage experience does not. Teach Coverage ratio sounds numeric and neutral, but operationally it is a service-level promise.
