Triage Jira Requests Before You Configure
Use SIPOC to clarify the process behind a Jira administration request before configuring Jira.
The teach SIPOC turns "add this thing" into "support this process output." Supplier, input, process, output, and customer give the admin a way to choose the lightest Jira lever.
