Revise a chronological status update into a Story Spine with a clear turn and outcome.
A weekly update is accurate but hard to act on. Reveal how story structure changes it. Before: every fact is present, but no fact has a clear story role. After: normal state, disruption, response, and decision are separated. The opening changed from activity to situation: what everyone expected before the change. The middle now contains a true complication: the event that made the old plan unreliable. The response is framed as attempts and consequences, not a loose list of work performed.
