Turn Features Into Lived Benefits

Convert a feature statement into a buyer-centered benefit statement that fits one reader and advances desire.

Features explain the mechanism. Benefits explain the consequence. Most weak copy stops one step too early. A good translation often moves through three layers. First, name the feature. Second, state the functional benefit. Third, state the lived benefit the reader actually notices. For example: custom routing logic -> requests reach the right approver automatically -> fewer Friday chase messages and fewer missed deadlines.
