Update the Forecast Midstream
Use progress evidence to shift, narrow, or widen an existing forecast range.
Migration signal The migration is partly on track, but validation found duplicate IDs in 14 percent of records. The original range may no longer represent the true distribution. Forecast update Signal -> reference -> range move Update when evidence changes the probability of the low, likely, or high case. Hold date Comforting, but it turns the original estimate into an anchor. A forecast update stakeholders can understand.
