Use the Four-Pillar Spine Before You Draft
Organize a climate disclosure using the four-pillar structure shared by TCFD and IFRS S2.
Good climate reporting has a visible load-bearing frame. TCFD and IFRS S2 use four connected disclosure areas: governance, strategy, risk management, and metrics and targets. They are not arbitrary buckets. They mirror the questions capital providers and boards ask when deciding whether climate information is trustworthy and decision-useful. Governance answers ownership.
