Draft a focused research question that connects interview evidence to a product decision.
Principle: If the team cannot say how evidence will change a decision, the research question is still too soft. The Move Write the decision first, then the learning question. Use this form: "What do we need to understand about [user situation] so we can decide [product or service move]?" Why It Works Interview technique depends on focus. JTBD adds the situation and progress. Synthesis benefits because notes can be clustered against the decision instead of becoming a wall of interesting facts.
