Vendor demo pressure: real contract on the table, unapproved AI tool on the screen. Maya needs to test the feature without exposing renewal pricing, customer identity, or legal terms. What should she do? Use a synthetic contract excerpt with fake names, rounded pricing, and no customer-specific terms. Right. This preserves the business test while reducing confidentiality impact and avoiding sensitive disclosure in an unapproved tier.
