Turn QBRs from Status Theater into Governance
Describe the governance purpose of a vendor QBR and the agenda that makes it useful.
The reframe: A QBR is a decision meeting with data, not a data meeting with decisions at the end. Outcome First Open with the business result the vendor exists to support. If the vendor handles onboarding checks, the outcome is time-to-ready and compliance confidence, not number of tickets processed.
