Convert a bullet list into a clearer visual by turning text claims into structured evidence.
A slide titled "Implementation Issues" contains seven bullets on onboarding delays, handoff confusion, training gaps, and support tickets. In live meetings, people read while the presenter talks and no single point lands. Use assertion-evidence conversion: name the message, replace bullet categories with evidence modules, and sequence the eye from claim to proof. The weak move is to trim bullet wording but keep the same structure. That reduces text slightly without changing the live reading problem.
