Storyboard the Recommendation
Translate an executive recommendation into a storyboard with one governing point and supporting evidence blocks.
A pricing recommendation deck has strong analysis but weak sequence: it follows the analyst's workstream history instead of the executive decision path. Pyramid Principle storyboarding starts with the governing answer, groups supporting reasons underneath it, and places the minimum visual evidence below each reason.
