Closing the Loop Is Proof

Describe the inner and outer loop of closed-loop VoC follow-up.

Feedback is not closed when it is collected; it is closed when someone acts and reports back. Closing the loop has two parts. The inner loop is customer-level follow-up: acknowledge the feedback, resolve what can be resolved, and explain what happens next. The outer loop is system-level improvement: aggregate patterns, fix root causes, and report the change back to the organization and, when appropriate, customers. Both matter.
