Design a warm handoff for a billing voice agent that cannot resolve a disputed charge. Service blueprint lanes: frontstage, backstage, support process, evidence. The common trap is measuring transfer completion while ignoring whether context arrives with the caller. Frontstage Tell the caller: 'I am connecting you to billing support and passing along that you are disputing the May 14 charge.' The caller hears that progress is being preserved.
