Voice of Customer Needs a Job, Not Just a Tag

Use Jobs-to-be-Done language to make product feedback more decision-useful.

A feedback system should explain customer progress, not just count feature nouns. JTBD gives product ops a better unit of meaning. A tag like "integrations" or "dashboard" can tell you where to search, but it does not tell you what the user is trying to accomplish. Jobs language adds context and purpose.
