Wins That Build Ability

Define a short-term win that creates proof, learning, and reinforcement.

A milestone says work happened; a win says the change worked. Change programs often celebrate installation: launched, trained, migrated, approved. Those moments matter, but they do not necessarily tell people what to do differently tomorrow. Visible proof A short-term win should be easy to see and hard to argue with. Choose a result that affected customers, cycle time, quality, risk, cost, or employee load. Repeatable behavior Name the behavior that produced the result.
