From Status Meeting to Written Operating Rhythm

Redesign a meeting-heavy team cadence into a remote rhythm that uses each mode intentionally.

A seven-person remote team uses one long weekly meeting for status, blockers, alignment, and coaching, but none of those functions is happening well. status -> risk review -> 1:1 coaching The common trap is to shorten the meeting without changing its job.
