Transform a flat set of onboarding requests into a usable story map.
A new-hire onboarding backlog is full of department requests but does not show what a new employee must do to start successfully. Map user activities first, then place stories beneath them, then slice horizontally for release one. Common trap: treating every department request as backbone material, which produces categories instead of a coherent new-hire journey.
