Rewrite a weak stage definition into clear exit criteria.

Turn a vague Demo-stage exit rule into something a manager can audit. Exit criteria should describe buyer commitments, not seller activity. “Rep completed demo” sounds precise, but it says almost nothing about whether the buyer is ready for the next stage.
