Use Five Whys to identify a process-level countermeasure for recurring build failures.

The nightly build repeatedly fails because designer-authored data references missing enemy archetypes. Five Whys traces symptom -> cause chain -> process countermeasure. The common trap is stopping at the person who touched the row instead of the system that allowed invalid data to merge. Why 1 Why did the build fail?
