Refactor A Brittle Test Without Losing Proof

Refactor a brittle unit test by removing hidden setup, magic values, and test logic.

A permissions test uses a shared beforeEach, loops through roles, and calculates expected access with the same branching logic as production. Make the relevant state local, name unusual values, and keep the expected result independent of production logic. The common trap is making the test shorter by hiding setup. Hidden setup makes failures harder to diagnose and can accidentally share mutable state across tests.
