Send A Follow-Up That Closes The Loop

Write a meeting-notes follow-up with correction window and owner checkpoint.

A high-stakes call has a useful note record, but the follow-up message could bury the commitments in a long recap. Post-meeting follow-up = decision/action summary + correction window + owner progress checkpoint. Not quite: sending "Here are the notes, let me know if I missed anything" is polite but weak.
