Build a screening question set that detects patterns of forced-labour indicators.
The supplier questionnaire asks for a forced-labor policy but does not detect the conditions that can create forced labor. Translate indicators into observable questions and evidence requests. A yes/no policy question gives suppliers an easy compliant answer while missing recruitment debt, document retention, wage withholding, movement restriction, and retaliation risk.
