The supplier has a serious labor finding, but the CAP only promises training and a policy update. A modern slavery CAP must cover remedy, root cause, prevention, evidence, and escalation. Policy updates and training are often used as universal fixes. They can help, but they do not reimburse workers, remove debt pressure, return documents, or change the incentive that caused coercive behavior.
