Construct a metric stack that separates loyalty, satisfaction, and effort across onboarding moments.
The onboarding team uses multiple customer metrics, but they are attached to moments almost at random. As a result, nobody can tell whether a score reflects loyalty, one milestone experience, or setup friction. Design the stack by moment: CSAT for discrete milestones, effort for setup friction, NPS later for broader relationship confidence.
