Battlecard: I Already Have a Prompt Doc
Respond when someone treats a prompt document as a full substitute for better workflow surfaces.
A teammate says their prompt doc already handles everything. I already have a prompt doc, so I do not really need Projects or custom GPTs. The prompt doc is useful because it captures what you have learned. The gap is that it still makes you re-copy context and rules by hand. Projects are better when the same workstream keeps going, and custom GPTs are better when the same behavior should repeat every run.
