This Project exists, but it is mixing permanent rules with stale task facts. Before: the Project shelf is a dump. After: durable context and live facts have separate homes. Project instructions now contain standing behavior rules, so Claude has a stable baseline for every coaching draft. Project knowledge holds reusable policies and examples, which reduces repeated pasting and forgotten context. Names, deadlines, and live case facts moved back into the current prompt, preventing stale details from becoming hidden rules.
