Turn a broad objection into a precise consultation question.
The draft says, “We are worried the attendance policy is unfair.” True, but too vague to force an answer. Question ladder The common trap is stopping at a feeling word such as unfair, unsafe, rushed, or disrespectful. Those words can open the issue, but they cannot carry the consultation by themselves. Concern Name the concern in plain language without pretending it is already proven. This keeps the human issue visible while leaving room for evidence.
