Objective Criteria Before Outrage

Use objective criteria to make a works-council challenge harder to dismiss.

Priya hears herself saying, “This outsourcing plan is unfair.” She may be right, but fairness without criteria gives management room to reply with slogans. Principled Negotiation matters in works-council practice because representatives work through timing, evidence, mandate, and trust at the same time. The concept is objective criteria.
