Churn Is A Quality Cost

Use Zero Defections logic to connect churn prevention with root-cause quality improvement.

Run a defection review with five columns: account, stated reason, repeatable defect, point of entry, and owner. Stated reasons are often symptoms. “Budget” may hide low executive value. “Missing feature” may hide poor qualification. “No adoption” may hide weak onboarding. The question is not “How do we win this one back?” first. The question is “Where does our system keep manufacturing this risk?”
