What Ada is good at
- Drawing connections. "How does the negotiation lesson from Tuesday relate to the framework I read last month?"
- Prepping you. "I have a hard 1:1 with my manager tomorrow. Help me think through it."
- Filling gaps. "Explain escalation theory like you're talking to me, not a textbook."
- Reflecting. "What's the pattern in what I've been learning the last 30 days?"

What Ada is bad at
- News, current events, anything outside your learning history. She'll say so.
- Replacing therapy or coaching that requires accountability. She's a thinking partner, not a coach with a calendar.
- Writing your performance review for you. She'll help you structure it; she won't draft it.
Privacy with Ada
Conversations are encrypted at rest. We don't train models on them. Anthropic (the model provider) doesn't retain them past the response. Clear chat history any time from the conversation menu.
Tip: use Ada before a hard conversation
Most users say this is where she earns her keep. Five minutes of "what am I actually trying to say?" with Ada makes the next meeting 10x sharper.
