1. Your declared goals
What you said you wanted to learn during onboarding (and any time you update your path). These are the strongest signal: we never recommend outside your declared skills unless you ask Discover for it.
2. Your behaviour
Which nuggets you completed, saved, skipped, and re-read. We notice the patterns: if you spend extra time on negotiation lessons, you'll see more negotiation. If you skip every audio format, we'll send written instead.
3. Your context
Time of day, day of week, what your team is learning (if you're on Teams), and what's trending in your role globally. These are the tiebreaker: they decide between two equally-good options.
Can I see why a specific lesson was picked?
Tap the i icon on any nugget. We'll tell you the top reason ("Continues your Strategic Thinking track" or "Trending with Product Managers this week").
How fast does it adapt?
Within ~5 completions we have enough behavioural signal to start adjusting. Within ~20 your feed is meaningfully personalised. Before that, we lean on declared goals + role-based defaults.
