Build a JHA for a PSV changeout
Create a job hazard analysis by breaking a maintenance task into steps, hazards, and controls.
A crew must change a pressure safety valve on a produced-water vessel during a short maintenance window. OSHA JHA: job steps -> hazards -> controls The common trap is writing broad hazards and PPE lists while skipping the exact step where stored pressure, lifting, or line-of-fire exposure appears.
