Settings → Notifications. Make sure your channel (push / email / Slack) is enabled and your nudge time is set. iOS users, check OS notification permissions for Omie too.

Same screen. If holiday mode is on, no nudges arrive (and your streak is paused).
3. The day's nudge hasn't generated yet
If your nudge time is set to 6:30am and you check at 6:25am, it's not there yet. We generate ~5 minutes before delivery.
Still nothing?
Visit /today directly. The nudge always exists on the page even if the notification didn't fire: you'll see today's lesson there. If it's missing on /today, that's a real issue. Email support@tryomie.com with your timezone and we'll fix it within 4 hours during business days.
