Materiality Changes When Intent Enters

Explain why intentionality, pattern, and control override can make a quantitatively small exception forensically significant.

Amount answers "how big"; forensic significance asks "what does this reveal?" Separate size from signal A small entry can be unimportant if it is isolated, explained, and corrected through normal controls. The same amount can be important if it shows deliberate timing, unusual approval, or concealment. Look for repeatability Fraud methods matter because they can be repeated.
