Audit a weekly task list for routine work, AI-assisted work, and nonroutine human value.
The move: map the task, not the job. A job title hides many different task types. Some parts are routine: they follow stable rules, use repeatable inputs, and produce predictable outputs. Other parts are nonroutine: they require reading a messy situation, making a trade-off, influencing people, or adapting under uncertainty. Use three buckets.
