Read WEF as a planning input, not a crystal ball
Use WEF Future of Jobs findings to create local workforce planning questions without treating global numbers as certainty.
The move: translate global trend evidence into local workforce questions. A future-of-jobs report is a map of forces, not a GPS route for your company. It can show that technology, demographics, economic pressure, climate transition, and geoeconomic fragmentation are reshaping work.
