The capacity dividend needs a destination
Define a capacity destination for AI time savings so productivity gains become operating outcomes.
The move: treat saved time as a design resource. AI time savings are often measured at the individual task level: a summary takes 10 minutes instead of 40, a draft takes one prompt instead of a blank page, a reconciliation flags exceptions instantly. Those savings matter, but they do not automatically improve the business. Name the saved task Be specific. Do not say AI saves analyst time.
