Jobs are task bundles
Explain why task-level analysis is the foundation for AI job redesign decisions.
The move: redesign the task bundle, not the job label. A job title hides variation. One analyst may spend Monday cleaning data, Tuesday building a model, Wednesday explaining trade-offs, and Thursday repairing trust after a bad number reaches the wrong audience. AI capability will not touch each of those tasks in the same way. Split the work Start with recurring verbs: collect, compare, draft, decide, explain, escalate, approve, coach, audit.
